INPUTS:
Active:
Contact closure to power supply common (Vs-); or a solid-state sinking output with less than 0.8 V drop @ 10 mA.
Inactive:
Open or power supply positive (Vs+).
PE (Program Enable): Must be active to program.

RE (Remote Enable): (5-bit) When active, up to 32 Die Setups can be selected. Also, enables Remote Start Input.
RS (Remote Start-Quantum only) When switched active, the automatic die positioning sequence is initiated.
OUTPUTS:
All outputs NPN sinking, 30 VDC max. @ 100 mA. AVG Autotech offers a compatible relay output chassis that can be used for power outputs.
Motor Up: Energized to move die upward (increasing position).
Motor Down: Energized to move die downward (decreasing position).
USL: Deenergized when Upper Safety Limit is exceeded (must be larger than LSL).
LSL: Deenergized when Lower Safety Limit is exceeded (must be smaller than USL).
Drift: Deenergized when die position is outside the programmed position.
BW: Deenergized either when position transducer is not functioning or has a broken wire.
Fault: Fault output energized only when system is functioning properly.
No Motion Error: Energized when Motor is ON and motion is not detected for longer than 1 sec. |
